Add a Facebook Page to your Socialease dashboard

Socialease accesses your Facebook Pages through a personal Facebook profile associated with each Page, but you will no be asked to add the personal profile to the dashboard.

To add a Page to Socialease, the Facebook user must have a Page Role permission of Admin, Editor, Moderator, Advertiser, or Analyst.

To add a Facebook Page

  1. Click “My profile” (by default) in the settings menu, and then select Add social networks.
  2. Select Facebookfrom the list, and then click Connect with Facebook.
  3. Enter your Facebook credentials (email and password), and then click Log in.
    You will be prompted to Continue as your Facebook profile. Click OK! This does not add your profile to Socialease, but authorizes the dashboard to access any Pages associated with it.

Add a Twitter account to your Socialease dashboard

  1. Click “My profile” (by default) in the settings menu, and then select Add social networks.
  2. Select Twitter from the list, and then click Connect with Twitter.
  3. Enter your Twitter credentials (email and password), and then click Log in.

You can find your scheduled posts in the calendar view within the main menu tab.

You can answer your customers’s reviews and interactions directly from Socialease dashboard by clicking on “answer”
